A Perfect Mix of Recruiting and Employer Branding
Focus on employees
Katrin is our Junior HR Manager.
Katrin has been an important contributor to the HR team since the beginning of 2021. The opportunity to actively participate and a varied daily work routine were important to her in her job search and she found what she was looking for at E+E Elektronik.
Katrin, what does your workday at E+E Elektronik look like?
As an HR coordinator with a focus on recruiting, I work with the specialist departments to create appropriate requirement profiles and advertisements for the positions they need to fill. I process applications, arrange and conduct interviews and, ideally, accompany our new employees during onboarding. I particularly enjoy the contact with the various candidates and the internal specialist departments, the mutual exchange, and the fact that I can contribute towards the company's success by recruiting the right employees for the company. Collaborating with the marketing team on various employer branding topics rounds off my exciting job.
What is special about your work for you personally?
What is special about E+E Elektronik is the open culture, that doors are generally open everywhere and that you are always supported from all sides. I really appreciate the fact that the company is authentic (especially in job interviews) and that a flat hierarchy with short decision-making processes is practised. What's special about my job is that it's very varied, as you have to deal with a wide range of people in different areas every day.
What makes E+E Elektronik the right employer for you?
I get the chance to prove myself as an HR coordinator and to continuously develop my skills. I appreciate the trust placed in me and my work, the uncomplicated interaction among colleagues, and the mutual support. E+E Elektronik is the right employer for me because there are challenges, but there's also encouragement. I can learn a lot and I work in a fantastic team. The high degree of flexibility, the traffic jam-free commute (from Linz) and the joint activities after work, which strengthen our team spirit, are further "sweeteners".
